The Allendale Group Ltd was founded in 2003 in Roydon, Essex, with the goal of providing a high-quality industry retail service complemented by specialist knowledge and personal customer support. By October of the same year, rapid growth necessitated a move to larger premises at Impresa Industrial Park, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
Over the following years, we saw continued growth in our customer base, product lines, and team of employees. This success led us to even larger premises at Hoddesdon Industrial Centre.
While continuing to source quality products from trusted, industry-recognised brands, we expanded into producing our own ranges created, developed, and tested by our UK team of electronic, electrical, and mechanically-minded engineers. With the introduction of personalised custom design services across our different brands, we greatly enhanced our ability to provide the perfect solution for individual customer applications. Our branch in Hangzhou, China, was established, enabling us to further expand potential in the areas of purchasing, production, and distribution.
Today, the Allendale Group operates from over 35,000 square feet of offices, engineering facilities, and warehouse space in the UK and China. We source and supply our products worldwide to thousands of customers, from individuals and small businesses to multinational corporations, offering competitive prices and the latest technology on the market across our 11 websites. And 19 years later, we continue to uphold our original ethos: quality retail with specialist, personal customer support.
